The Brain Charity has teamed up with Liverpool legend Alan Kennedy to put on a top-flight evening of entertainment for their first ever Sportsman’s Dinner. Alan will be sharing some of his favourite stories and anecdotes from his days at LFC.
As well as hearing from Alan, the evening will include a superb 2-course dinner, fantastic comedy from home-grown Liverpudlian comedian Frankie Allen, and fabulous compering from Roger ‘The Wingwalker’ Devonside. There will also be the chance to win some unique and exclusive sporting prizes and signed memorabilia in our raffle.
A spokesperson for charity said:
“We all know Alan as the great attacking full-back who had a knack of scoring vital goals that helped the Reds clinch silverware. We can’t wait to hear his tales!
“The dinner will take place at Liverpool Cricket Ground in Aigburth on Saturday 20th May 2017. Tickets are just £30. The dress code is smart but not too formal. Tell your friends, family, and all the sports fans you know!”
All proceeds will go to fund the The Brain Charity’s work, offering emotional support, practical help and social activities to anyone with a neurological condition and to their friends, families and carers.
Tickets are also available from the website shop: www.thebraincharity.org.uk/shop/ tickets
Tables of 10 are available.
