The students of a new make up academy, Ella Creative, have achieved outstanding results for their Level 3 accredited Fashion and Photographic Make Up Exam. Every student achieved over 80% and one student even scored 100% which was a fitting end to the course.
Ella Creative Academy, based in the Baltic Triangle area, was formed by established make up artist Ruth Marcella. The one day a week course runs for 10 weeks and covers all aspects of fashion and occasion make up designed for aspiring make up artists who want to gain the skills and confidence to pursue a career in the industry.
“The qualification is accredited from VTCT so all of my students will now be able to work as qualified and insured make up artists. I’m so proud of them, they’ve been so focused and we’ve even managed to have some fun along the way!”
Louise Reynolds, a student on the course, said:
“I thoroughly enjoyed the course and I’m thrilled with my result. There was plenty of opportunity for hands on experience so I’ve been able to build my portfolio and even collaborate with local designers on a fashion show.”
