Gaucho-style Liverpool Restaurant, Fazenda, Launches New Summer Bar Snacks and Cocktails Menu

To  welcome the lighter and warmer evenings, award-winning Brazilian restaurant Fazenda is introducing a new ‘Bar Petiscos’ menu, featuring delicious tastes of South America.

Already famous for its 15 mouthwatering cuts of meat accompanied by the finest of wines, Fazenda is introducing a new menu of Petiscos – delicious Brazilian snacks which offer a variety of tasty lighter choices available in the bar and outside on the terrace throughout the warmer months.

To enjoy a light bite on the sunny terrace, you can expect traditional nibbles such as Pimenta De Cheiro (Brazilian small tangy fried peppers) and Pão de Queijo (cheese bread balls) as well as heartier Petiscos, like the Queijo Bauru sandwich (Picanha, cheese, tomato & onion – the most famous sandwich in Brazil) and Bolinho De Bacalhau (Cod and potato fritters).

Smaller sweet options to enjoy are also on offer, such as Brigadeiros (Traditional Brazilian chocolate truffles) and chocolate filled Mini Churros.

The bar ‘Petiscos’ are chosen specifically to enjoy in partnership with the extensive drinks menu making it the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail after work. Fazenda is also introducing 10 new cocktails such as the ‘Cherry on top’ – short and sweet, this martini-style drink is a combination of El Jimador Reposado. strawberries, pepper and maraschino liqueur.

The ‘Smoke and Haze’ is a sophisticated drink that combines Mezcal, Green Chartreuse and Aperol. And the ‘Salvador Sling’, a twist on a classic, blends Portobello gin, hibiscus syrup and tropical guava – long and refreshing, it’s perfect for the summer months.


The menu also features a large selection of wines, such as the Benegas Don Tiburcio 2012, a powerful yet fruity blend. Fazenda’s passion for exquisite wine is shown by the range of bottles catering for all tastes stored in the beautiful wine room.
