While out delivering our latest edition we couldn’t help but notice that a rather unique, rather pink, new fitness centre had sprung into life on Woolton Road. On further inspection we found out that Something for the Ladies is a ladies only fitness studio offering a range of classes.
The studio opened just over a month ago after a full refurb and currently offers zumba, pilates, circuit training and legs, bums & tums, as well as a few body work out sessions. New classes are being added to the timetable all the time – the latest being Box-Fit on a Saturday morning, taught by a ‘Ricky Hatton Camp’ trainer. All classes are £5 each.
The guys at Something for the Ladies tell us that they opened the studio to create a classy, friendly place to work out and their real selling point is that they have got some of the best trainers in the North West on board too. It sounds good to us.
